What’s complicated about a barbell? Surely it’s just a bar onto which you can attach different weights and then lift, push, pull, clean and, if you’re really lucky, jerk it? Er, kind of.
A barbell complex is the heaven and hell of a workout session. In this case I am offering it up as a “finisher” for those
masochists hardcore people looking to squeeze that extra bit out of a session to reap the requisite gains, i.e. the sparkly heaven bit. This one’s for YOU.
Designed to be done at the end of a tough workout when you’ve already trained hard and think you have nothing left in the tank (the hell bit…..), pick up a barbell and knock this out….
EQUIPMENT: 10 kg barbell
REPS: 10 per exercise, as many sets as you can do in 10 minutes
